I started the company in July of 1987 at the ripe old age of 29. Hardly did I know then what type of company we would have 30 years later. I can tell you one thing for sure: Quickscrews has great employees. We have spent a great deal of time and energy building the right team so we can create a great company. We are working towards that goal each and every day.
This past weekend Quickscrews International Corp. celebrated its upcoming 30th year in business. For our celebration we decided on a company retreat for all employees and their #1’s. We started the weekend by closing both our Facilities on Friday. All employees and their guests met in our Livermore Headquarters where we got on the bus heading to Bodega Bay; a beautiful location in the North Bay in a place made famous by Alfred Hitchcock’s making of “The Birds." Upon arrival we started the weekend with an icebreaker event which was terrific. A massive explosion of energy occurred after having sat on the bus for 2 hours. Everyone participated at a high level which was required for this type of exercise.
The rest of the weekend followed with Great Food, Great Fun and most importantly Great People getting to know each other. Keep an eye out for pictures over the next few weeks.
